Sales & Marketing Manager – Defence & Tactical
We’re hiring: Sales & Marketing Support
KSFG Ltd is the company behind Karrimor SF, a globally recognised military load-carriage brand supplying defence, law-enforcement and professional users worldwide. We are also a major supplier to government defence organisations.
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our commercial team and are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager – Defence & Tactical to support brand development and new opportunity creation.
This role will work closely with our internal product capability function and senior management to ensure strong alignment between product development and market positioning.
Location
Ideally based in the South West, with regular attendance at our Exeter office.
Hybrid working is available by agreement.
The role
This is a broad commercial role covering sales support, brand development, trade fairs and opportunity generation.
You will help shape how KSFG and Karrimor SF are presented to customers, distributors and defence buyers across UK and international markets.
Key responsibilities

Support development of new commercial opportunities

Assist with distributor and customer engagement

Support defence and law-enforcement sales activity

Develop brand messaging and product positioning

Assist with product launches and marketing materials

Plan and support international trade-fair activity

Coordinate customer meetings and follow-up actions

Feed market insight back into product development
Ideal background
-
Experience in sales, marketing or business development
-
Defence, tactical or outdoor sector experience preferred

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confident representing professional brands

Willing to travel internationally as required
Salary & package
£28,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
Travel expenses covered
